Meet with our sales team to discuss your specific needs and preferences for the custom tiles. Details such as tile dimensions, material type, color, finish, and quantity can be selected with our extensive collection of samples.
We will work closely with your project manager or architect to create the perfect sizes shapes and patterns for your project.

Estimation
Based on the finalized design specifications, we provide a detailed quotation outlining the cost for material and lead times.
upon agreement, signs a contract or purchase order outlining the terms and conditions of the custom tile order.
3.
Control Samples
Control samples are ordered to ensure range, finish, and color work for the project. Once samples are approved Production can begin.
4.
Production
Skilled craftsmen use advanced cutting and shaping machinery to cut the raw material into the specified tile sizes and shapes, and material is shipped to one of our warehouses.

Quality Assurance
